Disgusting service!!!

<p>I ordered a PVP hand console game for my 7 year old at Takealot.com for christmas, on 13 December with immediate payment. I received an email last week saying estimated date of delivery is on 5 January 2017! Today is 8 days later and after 2 emails over the past 2 days and my snotty comment on facebook I am told that they are out of stock of the console I have ordered! They have NO contact Numbers on their site, only email address. But they do not reply to emails. They have these adverts of giving Santa a break, and brag about their delivery service on radio and tv. All nonsense!!!</p>
