Disgusting service

Hi I've ordered a phone on Takealot on Saturday the 13th July which was supposed to be delivered on the 19th July. The driver came here without the package. I then received a message saying it was lost in transit. I then received a msg on Sunday 21st July saying it will be delivered on Monday 22ndJuly... Until now I haven't received anything. You can't get hold of them via phone or email. The help line is never available. Very unprofessional and pathetic service from Takealot. Please help... Thanx in advance Macky
