Disgusting, rude, arrogant, loudmouthed driver

Takealot is employing people who are untrained, unprofessional, rude, ****** and disrespectful. They don't take complaints seriously, even though I sent them video footage of the incident. Instead they are still using the same nincom**** to deliver good!!!! Looks like they approve of abuse of the elderly
