Disgusting returns policy

Disgusting returns service. I purchased a Samsung galaxy tablet 2 months ago and the battery is no longer charging. They refused the return purely on the basis that I no longer have the box with the sim pin. So I’ve paid R3000 for a tablet that cannot be used. On top of this I cannot speak to anyone on the phone and they take 5 days to respond to an email. I will NEVER by tech products from them again, abs I suggest anyone else considering using takealot seriously reconsiders whether you are willing to take a chance
