Disgusting return policy and execution

I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I have received from Takealot. I logged a return of pots that had a defect on the 1st of May and these were picked up from my house on the 3rd of May. My reference number is MRRN-D54GP-WZE7. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for over a month I then followed up with a call and was 'helped' by a lady called Jeandre. She did not resolve my query and chose to only responded to me once, even after I followed up with a return email. This is absolutely disgusting service especially since I have been a loyal customer for so many years and use them frequently. Loot.com gives much better service than these clowns
