Disgusting replacement experience

Bought an Ecoflow River Pro Extra Battery when it was on sale for R6899. The unit is faulty and was returned for replacement. They told me stock is unavailable so they credited me with R6899. In the mean time, stock shows available (In Stock both JHB and CPT), but current price is R7999. I clicked on the product link under my purchase history to get to the product page, so they can not say stock available is another product or sold by another supplier. What a clever way of robbing me R1100?! Give me credit for the lower price so I can pay full price for a new one. Well done takealot for such clever and disgusting business behavior!
