Disgusting quality and service-MRRN-W6M8W-4MWY

Pathetic service from the horrible quality torn leather chair sent to me and now claiming my product wasn't sent back with all the accessories when I sent it back exactly as it came. Nobody gives me feedback. Being promised a call at 12h30 now 12h41 no call received and most probably won't! I've been using them since forever. Can't believe the low budget **** I was sent after paying ALOT of money for a leather office chair. I want my refund with no bull**** excuses! Clearly importing from China which explains the long waiting time for my chair and now not refunding me because the chair came with cuts on it! Disgusted in Takealot!!!
