Disgusting, poor customer service and service delivery

If you want to experience the most disgusting customer service and service delivery please order on takealot. you lace your order and pay but you will not get your parcel in due time which they had promised. You will spend money on trying to contact their customer service but you get any assistance from them either all they give is excuses mind I have had about 5 experiences of the same issue with them and they never get back to you as promised. Takealot has a lot of disrespect for its customers I'm highly disgusted by their arrogance ,customer service and failure to take accountability and responsibility for their wrong doing
