Disgusting, Pathetic, **********

My 1 star is too much for the pathetic service I have received. I ordered a table and chairs on 8 December 2020. The estimated delivery date was 22 December 2020. The date came and went and I’d heard nothing from takealot. Numerous calls, emails, tweets, DM’s later - I was met with the typical “we are investigating”; “it’s been escalated”; “we are awaiting feedback”; etc! They proceeded to place the blame on their delivery services. I was then fed up and just wanted a refund. They eventually were able to cancel my order - and since the 30th December 2020, they’ve been “verifying” the return (which I never even received due to their failure to deliver). Now all I want from them is my money back so I can carry on with life. It’s like squeezing blood out of a stone!!!!!
