Disgusting non service delivery

I bought a TV from Takealot.com and reported it faulty more than three weeks ago. The item was meant to have been collected within two days for refund, however I have had to call them and email them Every day now for three weeks and they have still not collected it. This means I will probably sit without a working TV over Christmas. I have spent thousands with them on other products, however after all the empty promises, and complete lack of service I will not be buying ANYTHING from them again. It's a pure case of they are now sitting with my money, and they couldn't give a dam about the faulty product that they sold me. Beware when buying online because there is just NO after sales support.
