Disgusting little *******!

I purchased a retro gaming console from Takealot for R999, order was delivered and the console that was sent was totally wrong and priced significantly lower than what I ordered first issue being sent the wrong product at a less price than what original order was, *****ing from me. Returned the product in perfect condition and according to processes and procedures. Went the the whole review process and was approved. Takealot sent a coupon with an expiry date on it instead of crediting my account, looks like a new tactic from Takealot to rob people. I placed another order and wanted to use the coupon only to find out it expired 4 days prior. Sent a enquiry to support only to get told that there is nothing that can be done as the coupon expired already. So Takealot has decided to ***** my money from me and not try help out in anyway. They are *******, *****ing money from the consumer with backhand tricks. I was sent a screenshot from support with the returns policy. Why was the returned issued with a coupon instead of crediting my account. This is outright theft! It is disgusting that a corporate giant can ***** money from the little guy! Very well thought of tactic to rob people of there money!
