Disgusting item received

Bought Happy Salmon from takealot.com and received an item dirty and smelling like urine. They are refusing the numerous one star reviews that I'm leaving on their system were I'm just trying to warn other customers. (they say it's a delivery experience and wont accept my review). So now I wont support them over a R120 item.
