Disgusting customer service from Takealot - would give ZERO stars if that were possible!

I ordered R7,500 worth of Artificial grass from Takealot (from a supplier called Seagull Industries). It arrived as the incorrect size (the item details said it was 20mm blade height but arrived as 10mm which is completely unsuitable / let alone a ******* price for that blade size!).

I filled out the exchange form online, and Takealot took 5 days to respond to ask me to send pictures (all the while they are sitting on my R7,500). I send pictures, and NEVER heard back from them. We are now 2 weeks on I still have the wrong product on my driveway, with no response from Takealot, and no ways of moving this forward.

I will be writing the same damning review for Seagull Industries, they need to know what a BS partner www.takealot.com are, and stop using them immediately.
