DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have just dealt with the most disgustingly rude man delivering a parcel. I order from Takealot regularly and have never had any issues. I work but there is always someone at my house to take the delivery and the delivery man always just rings the bell and delivers the parcel. Today I was in a meeting and had 2 missed calls. I called back after the meeting ****erally 10 min after the calls) and he told me he was from takealot and that because I didn't answer my phone he didn't deliver my parcel. I asked why he didn't just ring my house bell and deliver the parcel. He then shouted at me saying I provided my contact details and that I must answer my phone or he won't do the delivery even though he was outside my house. I requested he go back an deliver however he shouted (and I mean shouted) at me saying I am wasting his time. He then hung up. I called back and requested his name but he kept hanging up.

Firstly, why did he not just ring the bell? Secondly, how can you employ someone so disgustingly rude! He literally was shouting at me because I did not answer my phone and that I was wasting his time. Since you pride yourself on customer service, this is completely unacceptable! Given that he refused to provide his name, here is his contact number ***. Please confirm that something will be done to teach him how to speak to customers.
