Disgusting Customer Service

absolutely appalled by the pathetic service I have received from this company, I purchased a hat from them it 2 weeks longer than the delivery date and when received it was the wrong product, to top it all off when lodged on to do a return someone already processed one wat before I received my product lol what a bunch of idiots!

I was then promised that collection of that product would be collected by the 15/11/2019 to date I have not received any further communication nor has the product been collected

I have paid for delivery and everything and this is the type of service paying customer get!!!

I'm disgusted!!!!
