Disgusting customer service

After nemerous phone calls, logging a return, explaining that an incorrect product has been sent to me, I now received a parcel yet again with the incorrect product saying my return request has been declined.

As I previously explained I ordered the 100ml David doff cool water for R299, however a generic of Ester Lauder Beautiful was sent (Not the product I ordered!!). I obviously had to open the box to see wants inside hence I discovered that it's the incorrect item. The item is un-used so I don't know why my claim has been rejected.

I am utterly disgusted with the poor customer service I have received.

Please refer me to someone who can resolve this issue.
