Disgusting Customer Service

Purchased an SSD on 12 November 2019, the order has just been cancelled because the supplier is out of stock, but the item is now on the website at a higher price. Customer service is disgusting, they just issues a credit on my account and their website is now in accessible. Just before Black Friday...what a joke. Trading Standards should really take a close look at how these people are doinmg business cancel orders prior to black friday and bump up the price.
