Disgusting Customer Service

<p>That was the most pathetic customer service that I have ever received. I felt as though I was bothering this woman asking why my delivery day was 1-2 days..then got moved to 4 days..then got moved to 7days. She spoke to me as though i was a child that was disturbing her. To top it, i didn't receive any notification to say tht the delivery date was changed...its only when i tracked my item that i found this out. WHY DO YOU EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE. I am the customer, treat me decently..thats all that i ask</p>
