Disgusting customer service. -100 stars out of 5.

So I placed an order where I was informed my delivery would be Friday ****h Nov). Today, Wednesday (9th Nov), I went my a doctors appointment which was scheduled weeks ago, only to get a RUDE phone call from the Takealot delivery guy that he was waiting outside my gate. I proceeded to inform him that I wasn't aware that he would be coming today where he rep**** 'How is this my problem'. Before I could tell him to give the parcel to my neighbour who would pay for the item on my behalf, he abruptly put the phone down. I was then informed on the Takealot app that my item was not delivered due to 'not enough cash on delivery'. What the **** customer service is this?! Rude asshole drivers, no communication and now telling me that I couldn't pay my own order?? This is a clown business. Disgusting. Whenever this guy decides to deliver my item, he will be informed to take it back. I want nothing to do with Takealot anymore.
