Disgusting customer help

Takealot was supposed to deliver my phone today. I just received a sms taht nobody was available to receive the package but I was home all teh time. Nobody called and I have not seen or heard anybody near my home. That is bad enough, but then it got worse. There as no information on how to contact them. I found a number on the interhet after a longs earch but after listening to awful music for a very long time, I was just cut off without any message or help.

This is truly pathetic. I will defintely avoid Takealot in future. Luckily there is plenty of competitors around.
