Disgusting Business Practises

I ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD 4.4 Bluetooth headphones and the unit I received was faulty - it refused to connect to any of my devices. I log a return, they decline the return and expect me to go collect the headphones. Days of speaking to support and nothing happens. What a pathetic company. Avoid at all costs.
