Disgusting Black Friday Purchase

This is by far the worst experience I have had with Takelot, I ordered some things on Black Friday, firstly my order gets lost in transit and gets delayed by a week, then it gets delayed upon a new order being logged bcoz the driver cannot find the address which I’ve been using for the past year and receive multiple orders to this same address, this takkie arrives tonight and looks used with dirt marks all around and the box is completely messed up inside , you can see it’s been used. I’m disappointed and disgusted in this service and will be taken this further on multiple platforms.
