Disgusting behaviour by delivery staff

Takealot.

I am utterly disgusted by the delivery agents that bought my TV back and I would like to lodge a formal complaint. Firstly yesterday without any notification that they were coming, I got a call from *** to say they have a delivery for me from takelot. I thought it waS weird as no one had called me to say they were coming but l let 2 men into my property. One carried the TV and one had the device that I had to sign. The man put the TV down and then just stared at me. I politely said thank you and goodbye and then I asked the men to please slam the gate on the way out. No sooner had they left, my door bell ran again. The one man told me that I better have my sanitiser ready because he is coming to **** my *****. Yes you are reading this right!!!

I shouted back at him and told him he was sick. But something made me run outside and check the gate. They left the gate open!!!!

Takealot this is disgusting, I am a mom with 2 kids and this scared the **** out of me.

And to top it off, I don't think this is my TV. The last 3 numbers are different on the serial number is not the same. I think this is an older version of my smart TV. This is also the second time I have had to send my TV in for repairs as it keeps breaking. I have only had the TV since November 2019. I asked for a refund and was told that it has to be repaid. I don't think I will ever buy anything from Takealot again due to this incident. I so disgusting and scared.

It scared me to think that these men have absolutely no respect for woman and think they can get away with this.
