Disgusting behaviour and poor service

I’m very disappointed at the service delivery from takealot. Driver just packs on the paving facing the opposite direction hooting very loud now at 8:15 I was still in my sleep but this hooter was so loud I woke up and looked by the window I saw a car parked on the pavement not even by the gate as I was trying to find a key the lady then jumped off the car and started knocking at the gate that’s when I went out to get the parcel. No greeting whatsoever. My point here is takealot driver expect client to walk to them in their cars seated to collect the parcel on the side of the road that’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.We pay for those delivery services.I stay in an estate they don’t do this nonsense if this is how they treat people in the location it’s very unacceptable and rude. The easy way it is to knock by the gate or make a call but the choose the rudest option of doing things.
