Disgusting Attitude and Service received

I spoke to a call centre agent in Fores****, Cape Town, by the name of Kaylen.V. Her service was disgusting and unprofessional. Kaylen lacks people skills and has no way of talking. She had a don't care attitude throughout the call.

From the start of my call with her, she had a sarcastic humorous tone, and she was very adamant in showing her don't care attitude. She did not help or take any further procedure in trying to assist with further steps. I could not handle her attitude and her way of talking. I asked for her name and surname and she refused to provide further details. She in turn says she has no detail of mine on her side. I find that very devious and manipulating. With much frustration, I dropped the call.

Kaylen called back, again with no professionalism. Starts the call with..." you dropped the call on me, let's resolve this" No greeting and no acknowledgement of who she is and where she is calling from. THIS IS NO way to speak to any client. I have never in my life dealt with a rude call agent like her. She has left a bad image for Takealot and is the worst representative of the brand. I WILL NOT USE THE SERVICE due to her disgusting attitude.

I am very certain that I am one of many that she treated poorly.

I will be cancelling my order after the service I received from her.
