Disgusting and terrible service received from Takealot. Unprofessional.

Good day, i placed an order on Wednesday for Lego. The order was confirmed but it chose the pick up location from Montague Gardens. I then called in and spoke to Kelly and she assisted me fantastically with having to arrange pick up from the CPT office. Yesterday i got a confirmation saying i picked up the goods which i did not because who picked it up. I emailed Kelly and she asked did i not pick it up and i said no. Then she said they investigating the situation and today is Friday and still no feedback. Pathetic terrible experience with takealot. Tomorrow is the birthday party and still no blady gift. This has been horrible and will communicate this with everyone. Will even put this up on social media. I want my money back and an incentive for all my problems.
