Disgusted with takelot and Asus

Bought a laptop for my child for a Christmas present from Takelaot. The charger was faulty and I was advised by Takelaot returns to send the entire laptop back. My desired outcome as stated on takelot was replace. Without a word they just refund the money into takelot credit. No call. Nothing. I have since phoned and requested the laptop be returned to me as now my child is without his laptop. Their reply is the laptop is no longer in the warehouse and therefore they cannot return it to me.
