Disgusted with takelaot

I bought a phone off takalot, the phone then didn't want to switch on and it had lines on the screen(1 month later )i then returned the phoned to takelaot , i dropped off the accessories 2 days later as they said they needed the accessories after a week they declined the return saying the phone was switching on and the IMEI on the box does not match the phone , they dropped the phone off the next day with no accessories , yes phone switches on but still has lines on the screen, also the IMEI that they said doesn't match does match they looked at the wrong numbers on the box i went to the drop off point and asked for my accessories , holding my phone in my hand the guy who was helping me said the phone and accessories are at head office , yet im holding the phone in my hand , really unqualified and unprofessional ,head office escalated the matter 2 days ago im still waiting for feedback im disgusted with the service also the man that helped me was more interested in looking at my chest that helping me with my phone, what disgusting service
