Disgusted with Takealot Service from the get go

Wish I could actually give NO stars. I am disgusted with Takealot's customer service. i received 3 item which i had purchased from takealot In feb within the same week of receiving the delivery i noticed the one item was not working. I sent it back to have it replaced. few days later the very same item came back. Takealot said it was declined a return because i purchased this item last year June. Finally i clarified that with a consultant which saw it was a glitch on their side. Already at this stage it's been over a month discussing this particular item. eventually i received a email notifying me i would receive a credit to my account or refunded to my bank account. I emailed back and said want this refunded to my acc and gave my particulars. From March till today when i called a gentle named Lance says it will take me another 7-14 working days to receive my money back. I am ****ed off with Takealot as they obviously don't value me as a customer. I expect my money back immediately. REF number is : RRN-9dd8-ab9c
