Disgusted with Takealot

I am disgusted with Takealot! After being delivered days after it was originally supposed to be delivered, the item delivered to me is not in its original packaging, and is full of dust and scratch marks. I bought this as a Christmas present for my niece, but it looks like it was taken from a lost and found bin in the Takealot warehouse. I will not be doing any shopping at Takealot again. This is the second year in a row where Takealot has messed up a Christmas order for me.
