Disgusted with Takealot

I recently purchased a compatible toner for my lazer printer, which is a Pantum 2200. The product arrived earlier as expected. When I opened the product and insert in my printer, the toner was faulty. But here comes the clever part. On the purchase add it says not returnable. I want a refund on my product or a replacement. I buy from Takealot quite often, but it's the first time I have issues. Is it maybe their way of getting rid of faulty stock? It's really useless.
