Disgusted that Takealot employs unlicensed staff as delivery vehicles, leading to accidents

A Takealot delivery driver crashed into my vehicle this morning, 20 March 2024. He then refused to identify himself, stated that he does not have a driver's license and that he will go to jail as he is an unlicensed foreigner; and drove away from the scene.

How can Takealot endanger people's lives by employing unlicensed people to drive on our national roads???
