Disgusted service

I placed an order for my sister's birthday (which is today the the 2nd November 2017) I placed the order online on the 20th October 2017. One of the items said the delivery had to come from the supplier, and will take 5-7 working days......that means I should expect delivery on the item either on the 5th working day (27th October 2017) or latest on the 7th working day (31st October 2017). I check on my account and the system says that I should have already received my order on the 27th October 2017!!!! ***. This was to be a birthday gift and now it is the 9th working day from the day I ordered the items and ABSOLUTELY no help and urgency with these guys :-(

So annoyed, as it was for a birthday present and the person will be receiving nothing. I keep being told "oh we are waiting the stock from our supplier" AND what about me the TAKEALOT customer ???? Do I not matter to receive my goods on the said date, or even assistance or a chase up, or the decency to let me know that a gift that was order for a birthday WILL NOT be arriving even on the max timescale allocated???

F#@king *********** people..............so f@#king annoyed.

Not happy, And to think I have placed SO many items off TAKEALOT.COM and never, not once did I receive such despicable service, or such UNHELPFULNESS............
