Disgusted in Takealot.com work ethic

14th December, i order 2 tablets from takealot.com - I ordered 2 of the Galactic 7 Inch Wifi Tablet - R7041 - everytime i called the delivery was rescheuled for another date, i asked the reason for this, they told me that they could not get a hold of me. Which was absolutely lies as i do not have any missed calls from any courier service for this, i then again called the 22nd December 2018 - and they told me that definitely they will deliver on the 24th December at 5pm the latest, still nobody contacted me. I called again and the gentleman told me that the items was returned to the warehouse without contacting me or advising that the courier cannot make it. These particular items were gifts for my kids and i had disgusting service from the word go. from the 14 December right until the 24 December nobody had contacted me. I was the only one that used my airtime for just to waste my time. This is despicable client service, I refuse to use Takealot.com ever again.
