DISGUSTED IN TAKEALOT!!!!

Takealot made me sit at work till after 5, after speaking to a takealot agent assusring me that the driver is in my area and that i will receive my area before 5, no one contacted me, no one showed up and all of a sudden i get a message saying the reccipient is not available, but i am sitting at work till after 5pm waiting for my order to be delivered, its my daughters birthday gift. IM DISGUSTED IN YOU TAKEALOT!!! after me paying extra fees for next day delivery, i will never order from you AGAIN!!!!
