disgusted in takealot

I order dog food in December 2019 from them the outside was damage also its the older stock the bags have changed, I sent it back, so I ordered in Jan 2020 that same food comes again the 20kg, they have no quality control after they apologized and said the matter was investigated and sorted, I think Takealot is getting to big for there boots they forget who made them us the customer now the service starts to suck because I wanted a replacement and my money back since this is the third time, well I will have to purchase my dog food somewhere else. I hate bad service couldn't believe it when I saw that dog food
