Disgusted in takealot !!!

I am furious and appalled by takealots service. They take on any seller and promise to do quality checks but here I am returning a set of chairs for the third time!!! They assured me they checked the chairs after the second return and that I wont get stained chairs again, but yet again after weeks I received it and in the same condition. This is such an inconvenience. I just moved into a new place and needed the chairs thought I could trust takealot , but here I am once again with the same problem for the third time!
