DISGUSTED IN TAKEALOT

I am Judith Suzette Oosthuizen... on the 8 November I ordered two items from TAKEALOT... after 4 delivery delayed emails I received one of those items on 7 December which is month later.. after I logged a complaint with Takealot I received an email from Sideeqa Jacobs who promised that I will have my order on the 11 December... to my utter disappointment I received an email todaybon the 10 December one day before delivery stating that the order has been cancelled because they are out of stock... why the hell did they not let me know weeks before hand then I would have order from Bid or Buy or somewhere else... now they want to keep the balance as credit on the account.... I sure as hell do not want that and want an refund ASAP.... I will NEVER order from them again... they promise quick delivery and that they have stock.... I will let every single person I know to stay the hell away from TAKEALOT... They sure take your monies and their flippen time in delivering what they promise...
