Disgusted!!!!

For the second time now they have waisted my time and made me pay extra for a service they failed to deliver. My order was supposed to be delivered today before 17h00 as per your message received. During the day you decide to change the delivery time to 19h00 and i had to wait an extra 3 hours only to find out on the app that the order is to be rescheduled for a date not specified. This is unacceptable and i was given no prior notification of the rescheduling of the order. I had to risk going home after dark as this was to be delivered toy work place. I am appalled by your service and I doubt I will ever use your services again.
