Disgusted by the level of service of Talealot Delivery

I asked and was assured that the driver would call an hour before delivering my credit card to my house. Driver called when he was at my house. I said I could be home in 20 minutes. Driver said he couldn't wait and as I was trying to make other arrangements he ended the call. called back but he didn't pick up. Disgusting service and manners. Why FNB use an unprofessional service like this is beyond me as it reflects directly on them. didn't get drivers name but his number is **********
