Disgusted by takealot.com

I have not received any feedback from my last review I sent,what is the the next step. I have been stuck with takealot product I purchased months ago,and I advised them it wasn't working it was a lot of emails back and forth from them promising they will come collect it they never did nor reverted back to me. I want my money back from them.
