In fact, I don't even want to rate them. I returned 2 sets of earphone plugs shortly after purchasing it, as the one was too big and didn't fit, and the other didn't make a decent connection so I couldn't hear anything. They approved the credit, only to be told 3 days later that both the credits were declined. Why?, you might add. Get this - they insulted me by claiming that my personal hygiene was in desperate need of attention as both earphones had "excessive earwax" on them and couldn't be tested. How interesting, especially since the one I couldn't even fit so it went straight back to the box, and the other I used once only to realize no sound was getting through. I have NEVER been so insulted in my life before. In fact, I feel violated! How dare they insinuate this. They have become just another monopoly in this country. I wouldn't be surprised to find a Ghupta or Bossa link somewhere.
