Disgusted

Im really so disappointed with takealot, i orderd myself phoera foundation through takealot...they deliverd a totally wrong item, they deliverd a bible...i sent the item back and asked for a refund, they picked the item up on the 5th of sep before 8am, im still waiting for feedback, no one gives me answers, everytime they just say they are still investigating, im still waiting for my refund, they made the mistake now i must wait for my money back, and must struggle with takealot, im disgusted.
