Disgusted

Still waiting for the brand new washing machine to be exchanged. I bought it on the 9th September, after unboxing I saw it was damaged, it took 5 days after numerous threatening emails and calls to collect it for exchange. It is now the 23rd September and I'm still in the dark about a machine I paid hard earned money for, and have no idea when I'm getting it. Takealot.bombed
