Disgusted at the level of **** service received!!

Worst customer service I have EVER received. Not only did Takealot mess up my order & sent me nail polish instead of my fitness watches that I purchased, but it then took them 6 days to return it to the main warehouse (which is 30 minutes drive from the depot I returned the incorrect package to!) & then they decided to credit my account, which I did not ask for, didn’t credit me for both watches I ordered, even though I was told there was plenty of stock! And when I’m not asking for my money back I’m being pushed pillar to post. Takealot are a bunch of ******* & ***** as almost every person I’ve spoken to (& there’s been a lot of them!) has a different story as to what it going on. I have never been more upset with the level of **** service I’ve received as I have been with Takealot.
