Disgusted and unsatisfied with service

Good day everyone,

I would like to write a review about (Takealot), after applying for credit card from a well known bank. They informed me that my card will be delivered before Wednesday the 24th August" That's according to their SMS" I received on Monday the 22nd August 2022.

On Tuesday the 23rd Aug, I received another SMS informing me that the card will be delivered before Thursday the 25th Aug, which I didn't understand as to why I received 2 different SMS from the same company on the same week.

I received a call from the drive@9:38 who supposed to deliver the card to the address that I provided them and he informed me that he got a wrong address according to the delivery note. I asked him where are you and he responded by saying "I'm in Branckenfell and I'm suppose to be in Kuyilsriver" i asked him if you knew that you supposed to be in Kuilsriver, why are you in Brackenfell. You know what he said, he said "The person that gave him the delivery note he wrote the address wrong" and I asked him can't you then come to the correct address and he said "No" I will not do that for 1 card. As that's going to cost me more KM's.

I said, well i need the card today and he said "I don't care, sa I can't come all the way to Kuilsriver for 1 person" I though it's not about the KM's it's about the person and customer service and I said to him without thinking "will cancel the card and he said, he still doesn't care" WHAT!

I'm very disappointed in the company, yes I know I'm 1 person, this will not make any difference. But let's see what going to happen.
