Disgusted and disappointed with their service

Absolutely shocking service - I asked to speak to a manager about a return that was confused with another, and handled very badly-one person and I agreed on something, and 5 minutes later someone did the reverse.. this went on a few times. In no less than 8 emails, I asked this to be escalated to a manager.. not ONCE did this happen.

That’s just lazy avoidance.

I doubt I’ll ever buy anything from them again.
