Disgusted and disappointed customer
Placed on order on Wednesday was promised delivery today. Received the sms's this morning on out for delivery. Just to receive another sms this afternoon saying I wasn't available. I didn't even receive as much as a phone call from anyone asking if I was at the address. This is very unprofessional service.

30 Oct 2023, 15:55Still no call back from anyone at takealot, phoned the call center and they didn't do anything else than reading to me what I can already see on the system. Phoned the specific hub the guy promised to get the driver to phone me which didn't happen until 15:30, then Jerry the driver started telling me I must meet him at the gate and I said no he can deliver with at my office building he phoned again telling me they won't let him in, I spoke to the security guy and he said he will let them in as they have their ID's with them. They guy came here and was talking about not getting airtime from takealot. I said it is not my problem they must take it up with the company he just continued bad mouthing and the same with the lady driving with him. He didn't even get out of the vehicle I had to walk to him and I get handed the parcel through the window after standing in the cold waiting for them to show up. Both of them had a very bad attitude which I am not impressed with at all. I am very disappointed with the service I receive from beginning to end. The drivers lie on the system and all takealot has to say is I am sorry to hear. They just don't paying customer serious anymore. I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
