Disgusted.

I bought my 1 year old one of those small trampolines with the saftey net for Christmas, he barely used it for a month as I only set it up the day before Christmas and it all was falling a part to the point where the whelding of the Pole had cracked caused the Pol to collapse making it completely unsafe for my son, and I was told that my return was as they put it in an automated email 'user damage', I pointed out countless manufacturing faults of the item that was due to poor quality and they basically telling me my son broke the trampoline which is rediculous, they told me they want details to send it back as that was the outcome, I demanded to escalate the matter, and said I do not want a broken item my son cannot even use, and since have heard nothing further, I asked for the details to make a complaint and no response. Which I am disgusted by, we support them and they take people money all too easily and its obvious the damage was not my son fault. This is exactly why people support shein and temu because of poor quality and bad service we get from our own country I don't feel I ever want to purchase on takealot again.
