Disgusted

I paid extra for the next day delivery option as it is a going away present for a staff member leaving us tomorrow, should've been delivered yesterday, got a message it would be delivered today and it didn't arrive. Queried with them and just got an apology. Now I have no present to give to the staff member leaving our company tomorrow and must face the embarassment of not being able to present her with a gift at her leaving party we're holding. Totally unacceptable. And now it will cost me extra to me to have it couriered to her because I'm the one who did the order. What's the point of paying extra and a false promise of delivery not being met? I'm appalled.
